SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and delivered within 2-3 business days as the orders are shipped from UAE and delivered only within the UAE. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

-  Free delivery in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ will only apply on orders above AED200.

-  Free delivery in Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, RAK & Al Ain will only apply on orders above AED 500.

-  Shopping value for 'Free Delivery' is exclusive of VAT5%.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

You have ​two (2) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. only plants need to be returned at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@desertdreamgardens.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. EXCEPTIONS For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
